Turntable Welder — Round Tank Fabrication

The HSK-Ingenia DT40 enables fast and safe welding of round tanks up to Ø 4 m diameter and 6 m height. A high-spec micro-controller manages the entire welding process with maximum precision — speed, extruder temperature and preheat temperature. All relevant parameters are logged as standard: material, weld temperatures, joint length, commission number, welder ID, inventory number and custom data fields.
