Type A — Fillet / T-Butt Weld

For fillet welds and T-butt joints. Standard profile for most fabrication welding. Available in widths 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm.

Type V — V-Butt Weld

For single and double V-groove butt welds. Angled profile fills the prepared groove cleanly. Available in widths 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30 and 35 mm.

Type E — Corner / Edge Weld

For internal corner and edge welds — tank construction, box sections. Available in widths 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 25 mm.

Type U — Overlap Weld

For geomembrane overlap welding and flat lap joints. Low-profile shoe for liner and membrane applications. Available in widths 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15 mm.

Blank Shoes (Unfinished)

Unfinished blanks for machining to special profiles. Three standard blank sizes available.

Round Shoes

Circular-profile shoes for pipe and round section welding. Three diameters available to suit different pipe sizes.

Sizes: Ø 20 mm / Ø 30 mm / Ø 40 mm

Tacking Nozzles

For tacking runs to temporarily hold workpieces in position before full welding.

45 mm — 2-arm

Standard two-arm pressure roller, 45 mm width. Most common configuration for general fillet and butt welds.

45 mm — 1-arm

Single-arm version for narrow access applications and corner welds.

45 mm — 45° Angled

Angled roller head for corner and inclined surface welding.

80 mm — 2-arm

Wide 80 mm two-arm roller for large bead profiles and high-output extruders.

PTFE Roller

Non-stick PTFE roller for applications where standard steel rollers would cause marking or adhesion.

Brass Roller

Brass roller variant for applications requiring non-sparking tools or specific material compatibility.

Angle Heads 45° / 90°

Angled extruder heads for welding in confined spaces or corners where the standard straight head cannot reach. Available in 45° and 90° versions.

Oval Tube Extensions — Type 1 / 2

Straight oval tube extensions for reaching into deep channels, recesses and internal tank corners. Types 1 and 2 cover different extruder barrel diameters.

Oval Tube Extensions — Type 45 / 80

Extended-length oval tube variants for deeper reach. Available in 45 mm and 80 mm extension lengths.

Bent Oval Tube — Type 3

Bent oval tube extension for welding around obstructions and into corner sections that cannot be reached with straight extensions.

Pressure Nozzles

Specialist pressure nozzles for the extruder outlet — applies direct pressure to the melt bead for applications where the separate pressure roller is impractical.

Heat Protectors

Insulating heat protectors to shield the operator's hand and workpiece from radiated heat during extended welding operations.

TwinRoll Stand (Art. No. 01022)

Floor-standing TwinRoll support frame for holding two welding rod coils simultaneously. Allows uninterrupted welding by switching between coils without stopping the extruder.

Scrapers

Manual scrapers for removing the oxidised surface layer from thermoplastic sheet and pipe prior to welding — essential for good fusion quality.

Joint Planer

Mechanical joint planer for preparing flat butt joint faces on sheet material. Produces a clean, perpendicular face for extrusion or hot gas butt welding.

Weld Seam Slide

Sliding gauge for checking and measuring extruded and hot gas weld bead profiles. Ensures the weld meets specified dimensional requirements.

Quarter Moon Knife

Specialist curved blade for trimming excess weld bead and flash from completed welds. Quarter-moon profile gives clean access to weld toes.

Digital Thermometer

Contact or non-contact digital thermometer for verifying heating element and hot gas temperatures during welding operations and machine calibration.
